After taking and going through countless hypnosis and trance advanced training courses, classes and seminars, I heard the same thing over and over again. Hypnosis is (a) trance and (a) trance is hypnosis. Is it? Well, hypnosis isn’t (a) trance. And trance isn’t hypnosis.
